Never too far with a camera. Who has never wished to travel the world and bring fabulous pictures of his amazing journey? Roman started traveling at the age of 22 years old through Vietnam and Cambodia, the travel bug began, and since his hunger to see the world never stopped.

Namul vegan cafe was created in March 2019 by Fiona. In the first place, Fiona was working for a merchandise company for over 20 years. Having enough she decided to start her own entrepreneurship. With the intention of becoming more healthy, she became a vegetarian three years ago. Not long after taking a vegan cooking class. She decided that it was time for her to change her lifestyle and to open her own cafe.

The most common dish that everyone is craving, is the Vegan Nasi Lemak. Not to mention, that this particular dish is already very famous around Malaysia and cherished by the whole country. With this in mind, Fiona has promoted her services on social media like Facebook & Instagram, in the hope to reach more potential customers.

In general, “Mat-Salleh” – Tourists, love trying new dishes and are adept at the vegan concept. In the view of expanding her business, Fiona is trying to encourage locals to visit her and give vegan food a try.

First of all, my wife and I never tried vegan food before and we must say that we were happily surprised. We are not big meat eaters as we only cook chicken breast, and that I even tried to become a vegetarian once. However, there is a difference between being vegetarian and becoming vegan.

Ingredient: Cucumber, tomatoes, lettuce, vegan mayo, shiitake steak, vegan ham, fried tempeh, and scrumbled tofu. Vegan ham made from garbanzo, potato, wheat flour, tomato, sea salt, soysauce, Shiitake, carrot, shoyu, black pepper.

Coconut sugar and oat milk (homemade) not ready made oat milk.

Kombucha is a probiotic drink, fermented from tea and sugar with scoby taste sweet and sour, it takes 10 to 14 days to fermented.
